This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find an open fireplace, stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. In the suite upstairs you will find an extra bedroom and a second big bathroom. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunning terace with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end  the day in a comfortable way.

Occupation with 2 persons 120,00 Euro per day. Every person extra from 10,00 per day extra.
No small children! Final cleaning 100,00 Euro.
